General Refund Policy

At StuIntern.com, we strive to provide quality services to our users. Please read this policy carefully as it outlines our guidelines regarding refunds for paid services.

Most of our services are currently offered free of charge. This refund policy applies only to any premium services we may offer in the future.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges
  • Technical issues preventing service access that we cannot resolve within 72 hours
  • Service not as described (requires documentation)
  • Premium features not functioning as advertised

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services already rendered or partially used
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to meet internship requirements after placement
  • Issues arising from user's technical environment
  • Free services or trial periods

Refund Process

Submit your refund request via email to payments@stuintern.com within 14 days of the charge.

We will review your request within 5-7 business days and may contact you for additional information.

Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted if:

  • Service was partially used before the issue arose
  • Only certain features were affected
  • A prorated amount is appropriate based on usage

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified time frame:

  • Check with your bank or payment processor first
  • Processing times may vary by financial institution
  • Contact us if you still haven't received your refund after 15 business days

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside our standard policy. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require management approval.
